Testimony of the Month
The Unspoken Jesus
By nature, silence can be refreshing to a soul.
Allowing the mind to focus, uplifting the burdens from the hole.
Yet silence of the mind causes the mildew of idleness to stench.
The unspoken truths begin to hibernate to the impulsiveness of stupidity.
Not long ago you were graced by grace by the one who took your place.
The synapses are charged, your outlooks positive; however His name remains lucrative.
The scripts are written, the actions mimicked; His face is imminent in the reality of the hidden.
How can we speak of love so true with the breath of life holding so blue?
Christians attend, participate and pray; where is Jesus’ name in the words we say?
The book is quoted, the meanings are known; without His spirit spoke, our ministry won’t grow.
Why is Jesus absent on your day of school? To minister Savior-less is when Satan rules!
We express love with a facet of belief, as our unspoken Jesus sits in a shadow of grief.
A moment draws near, a lost soul in need; they come to you seeking nourishment for seed.
Is your power in scripture? Are your actions by faith? What will your lips produce in this moment we make?
For the seasoned veteran or the newest of babe, when a breath is produced, why do we cave?
To silence His name when our tags read the same is another notch in the belt of Satan’s game.
Believe in the life your heart has partaken; The renewal, the cleansing, the soul shaken.
Do not whip, spit or curse no more, on the one who gave it all and said “It is done.”
Will you honor your commitment and give the respect that is due, to “The Man” Jesus Christ, who died just for you?
Speak the name above all names, give praise when it is new; don’t deny credit, where grace was given to you.
You’re now faced with a moment of ministry; will you gasp and breath the spirit of His identity?
Will your eyes capture the vision of love that will encircle the soul with peace like a dove?
Would your mind deny the tempting as touch comforts the pain or will it lead to sinful shame?
Can you save a soul if you keep Jesus tucked away and hidden by fearing the unspoken example of a Savior’s life?
